Denita Banks: Losing 100 lbs, Making Lifestyle Changes & Becoming a full time fitness instructor

Denita is a former restaurant manager that found a love for health and fitness after losing over 100 lbs naturally. She’s currently living in NYC teaching fitness full time at SLT and online. Her goal is to inspire those who don't fit into the "status quo” in fitness and to remind you of the strength you have inside and out.

If you’re serious about losing weight, it has to be a lifestyle change. If I want a burger, I have it and replace the fries with a salad. It’s all about balance. I wanted to see how strong I could get, and how good I could feel.
