I honestly feel like a new woman after these last 3 months. Yes, some of that is due to weight loss (and lost inches) -- it feels great to drop 2 jean sizes -- but what I'm even more grateful for is the change in my attitude. I had an all-or-nothing mindset towards dieting for decades. Going through periods of extreme restriction only to "relapse" with a vengeance and feel out of control. 

This program was the first stab at moderation that worked for me. I never went hungry, never felt completely deprived of the foods that brought me joy. And still, I lost 7 lbs. It's not the fastest I've ever dropped weight, but it is the first time I've felt like I could eat this way long-term and still see results.
